Notice your breath, as it moves in and out.
Without effort, simply notice the air in your lungs.
Let your shoulders drop and your jaw relax.
Feel the space around your choices.
This is a safe place to make your own choices.
Allow certainty to rise from within you.
The mind can tell stories, but you do not need to believe them all.
Feel the ground. Here, in this moment.
Lift your shoulders slightly, then let them drop again.
Feel your fingers, your toes.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes.
