Letting go of the need to be right and choosing curiosity: listening to understand.
Full transcript
You are here, in this moment, and that is enough.
You notice the breath as it comes, and let yourself be carried by it.
The weight of your body on the ground, the feeling of your feet in contact with the earth.
Your jaw, your shoulders, your back, your whole body is here, in this moment.
Curiosity allows you to listen, without needing to be right.
The next time you notice you are trying to be right, you can set those words aside and simply listen.
And when you are ready, you can open your eyes, and carry a little of this curiosity with you.
