Full transcript
You are here, in this moment, with your body and your breath.
Feel the weight of your body where it touches the ground, and rest.
Let your shoulders relax, let your jaw soften.
Imagine that each day is a chance to begin again, to choose how you want to live.
When you feel overwhelmed, remember you can take a moment to reflect, to decide what to do next.
You can take a piece of paper and write down three things you want to do today, then choose which one to do first.
Return to the present, to your body, to your breath, and when you are ready, open your eyes.
