Allow the shoulders to release, and the jaw to soften.
Notice the sounds in the room, and the sensation of the air on the skin.
Imagine yourself moving through the day with clarity and intention.
When you notice your mind wandering, take a moment to focus on the task at hand, and work in focused intervals.
Notice the sensation of the body as a whole, and the space around you.
Take a deep breath in, and when you are ready, slowly open your eyes.
