Notice the weight of the body where it meets the floor, and rest.
Feel the sensation of the feet touching the ground.
Allow the shoulders to drop, and the jaw to soften.
Notice the sounds in the room, and the sensation of the air on the skin.
As you sit, imagine the body becoming heavier, more grounded.
When you are ready, slowly begin to notice the temperature in your bedroom, and how it affects your rest.
Take a moment to adjust the temperature, so it feels just right for you.
When you open your eyes, notice how you feel, and take that feeling with you.
