Notice the weight of the body where it meets the floor, and rest.
Feel the sensation of the feet touching the ground.
Allow the shoulders to drop, and the jaw to release.
Imagine yourself in a open space, free to explore and play.
Notice the sounds around you, and the sensation of the air on your skin.
Allow yourself to settle into the present moment, without any need to control or plan.
Remember, the freedom to explore and play is always available to you.
Take a moment to notice your fingers, and your toes.
When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take this sense of playful curiosity with you.
